葉靜怡 Asya Yeh

Born and raised in Taiwan, Asya began her rigorous training at age 9 in ballet, contemporary dance, Chinese classical dance, and improvisation through Taiwan’s professional dance education system.

She furthered her musical theatre dance training under renowned Taiwanese instructors Bobbie Kuo and Alex Wang, and has worked extensively as associate choreographer and assistant director on major productions including Carousel, Cabaret, and the large-scale martial arts theatre Martial’s Enlightenment. She has been personally mentored by Nicole Davey (American Musical and Dramatic Academy, AMDA) and Assistant Professor Jen-Ping Tang (Chinese Culture University, Department of Chinese Martial Arts).

As a choreographer, Asya has created acclaimed works performed in Beijing, Guangzhou, and Hong Kong, including Express, 3 Days, Serendipity, Dancing in the Leaves, and Diamonds Are a Girl’s Best Friend.

As a teacher, Asya combines the precision and elegance of musical theatre, the fluidity of contemporary dance, and the refined energy of Chinese dance. Her classes are known for building strong technical foundations while helping every student discover their own unique movement voice in a supportive and joyful environment.

She welcomes students of all ages and levels — from absolute beginners to advanced dancers.
